Introducing Vitala

I want to add a guided movement program to your care — and I want to follow your progress myself.

Vitala is a clinically guided exercise program: personalized sessions in an app, real outcome measurements, and direct messaging — with your results coming back to me between visits.

Vitala is a healthcare platform for exercise as medicine, used by health systems in six countries.

A note from Dr. Beer

The most powerful intervention I can offer is not always written on a prescription pad. It is movement — the right movement, done consistently, measured honestly.

Loss of strength, poor balance, stiffness and inactivity sit underneath much of what walks into my office: pain, fatigue, rising blood pressure, poor sleep. Telling patients to exercise more has never been enough. So I am looking at doing this properly — with a program I can see, measure and adjust with you. An honest no is as useful to me as a yes.

What Vitala is

Exercises in the app

Short, guided video sessions built for your joints, your history and your current capacity — not a generic routine.

Outcomes we actually measure

Strength, balance, mobility, pain and adherence are tracked over time, alongside the labs and vitals we already follow.

Messaging, and my eyes on it

A real care team answers questions and adjusts your plan. Your progress flows back to me between visits.

How it would work

01

Baseline assessment

We measure strength, balance, mobility and the numbers we already track together.

[PRACTICE TO CONFIRM: where the baseline assessment happens and how long it takes]

02

A plan made for you

Your program appears in the app, built around your goals, joints and available time.

03

Weekly guidance

Short guided sessions adjust as you go, with messaging when something needs to change.

04

Reviewed with me

Your progress comes into your visits, so we can connect movement to how you feel and function.
